I only gave the stay and the staff a 10 because of all the good and friendly staff at the reception desk but there was only 1 male reception staff (early morning of May 11) who expressed that he was a little annoyed that we asked him to call the airport transfer taxi we booked who hadn't arrived on the scheduled time and he insisted the taxi was never late. In fact after he called the taxi said he would be late by 15 minutes. This is airport transfer so we thought it's not too much to ask to make sure the taxi is going to be there. It was not a big deal but the staff actually ruined the perfect stay we had earlier. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

-Location is right next to boca foodcourt and Carrefour supermarket -10-15 minutes walk from st jean station or 3 minutes ride on G bus from the station. Bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. -We stayed in a spacious corner suite room with sofa and river view. We loved the river views -loved the modern decor and storage spaces. Minibar with free water that was provided once at the start of our stay. -Breakfast was satisfactory with usual hot/cold items. We loved the make your own waffle machine. -staff were friendly and helpful. -very spacious modern hotel with lots of lounge area. -there is a self service laundry which can be used with an app.

Specifically, i like the location, cleanliness, and the room size. Every part of the city is easily accessible from the hotel whether you use your own car or public transport. I like in particular the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The room size is also large in comparison with those of other hotels in the area.

The Hilton is located about 700metres walk thru a bit of a seedy area from train station and is located in an area that I feel has failed to take off many closed eating establishments. The hotel itself is pleasant and comfortable, the room is what you would expect from a Hilton. We used the gym which wasn’t too bad. Limited for weights but cardio was well catered for. Staff at reception really nice and welcoming.

one of the best and most beautiful hotels in the city of Bordeaux! Great staff! We lived in the most beautiful room 901 with a terrace, from this beautiful room there is a very beautiful view of the city, a very large terrace! this is the only room with a terrace in this hotel, we are very lucky! very comfortable room, very good bed, clean and wonderful bed linen! Breakfast is excellent! the best breakfast! Thank you very much Bénédicte, Nathan, Girl Rose and all the reception! You are the best😘🌟😘

Modern well run hotel in central Bordeaux. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The 8th floor room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with nice views across the city skyline. We had dinner and breakfast in the beautifully styled dining area, both of which were excellent, especially the breakfast. The secure car park delivered on its promise, our car and contents were still there in the morning.

Everything went very well at this Hotel. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Bordeaux. The staff would help with transportation, and recommendations on what to do an where to go. Thanks!

Friendly staff who do everything to satisfy the guest's needs. At my wife request that was not feeling well, the staff and especially Jolie found solutions and changed our room. Excellent breakfast and restaurant for lunch and dinner at a high level
